Q: When will my order be sent?
A: Everything is made to order. Typical shipping times are 4-6 business days, although this is always subject to change depending on the volume of orders, sales or special events.

Q: Do you order custom orders?
A: I would like to say yes but unfortunately due to time constraints, at the moment I can not make custom requests, color adjustments or changes to the text.

Q: I have a question about my order.
A: Click on "Contact Me" at the top of the screen and send me a message! :) If you have ordered through Etsy or Amazon, please contact me directly via the Etsy or Amazon messaging system, depending on where you purchased.

Q: Are your stickers matte? Transparent? Glossy?
R: Yes for everything! Various stickers sheets materials are available. You will have to choose the one you like best when ordering.

Q: Do you offer a subscription service?
A: I'll do it soon! Stay tuned! :)

Q: When will you reply to my email?
A: Customer service hours are from 13 to 19 from Monday to Friday (Italian time). Messages are read in the order in which they are received within 24 hours.
If for any reason you have not received an answer, please kindly inform me again if the first e-mail has not been displayed. :)

Q: What about returns?
A: I want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, please write me and we can find a solution.
I do my best to describe the articles, but keep in mind that the colors can be displayed differently depending on the screen.
Refunds are not available for lost packages, if you can not enter the correct address, wrong purchases, wrong size choices or simply change your mind.
All sales are final. :)
